Exeter, England

Two weekends ago (October 26th-28th), I went to visit my cousin Kate in Exeter where she attends university. The trip down took quite a long time (about 6 hours in total including me getting to my local train station in York). I had to take a bus, a train, the London underground, another train, and a car ride! Talk about a tiring day. Despite my long journey, we had the usual drunken shenanigans and laughs Friday night (see below).

On Saturday, Kate took me into town again to show me the city. Exeter is VERY hilly, has lots of good shopping, and if you go to the right places (by car), it has amazing views!! -although I got no pictures of these amazing views because we were in a car and I don't like taking pictures of landscapes unless they're going to be quality. On Grady Street, we went to an amazing restaurant called Bill's for lunch. The inside has an awesome vintage/beach house feel to it. The menu and food were just as amazing as the decor!

All in all, my trip to Exeter was a lot of fun and it was great to see familiar faces after being in a new place for a few weeks. I'll definitely be back to visit Kate in time!
